What type of relationship should I expect to have with my equipment rental company?
Our service starts with knowing you. At Haddad’s we provide our team and our clients with an internal dispatch department, which is available 24 hours a day to assist with any issues.

What happens if I have an issue with a piece of equipment on a shoot?
Call us. We are all about the service and follow-up. Qualified Technicians are here to advise you and your drivers, and we have Haddad employed technicians in all major hubs. We are also quick to use third party vendors when we have high volume calls.

How long does it take to receive a phone call back?
If you do not receive a phone call back within 24 hours on a weekday, please call or text David Haddad, 412.999.8822.

What if I call after hours?
If you call at 3PM or 3AM you will get a live Haddad’s employee on the phone helping you.

How do I know you understand what I need?
The Haddad’s senior team reviews every job in detail with David Haddad. As follow-up David travels more than 300 days a year visiting sets, checking equipment and working with your transportation department. An invaluable member of your team, we are passionate about the details and understand there are no shortcuts. We work relentlessly for you and your crew. There are no other transportation company owners that have the personal commitment to visiting sets like David does every year.

What if I have very challenging talent?
David Haddad has 34 years of experience dealing with these challenges and that is why all high-end talent concerns are handled personally by him. As an extension of your production team, we can consult with your transportation department to ensure they are receiving the proper selection of equipment to satisfy all talent and crew needs.

What are we trying to do?
We provide the right equipment for the right job, we have you covered. With over 30 years of experience we understand that day-to-day can be a sprint, but your overall production is a marathon. Many times, when we review the job specs with you, we look for ways to optimize your equipment and budget. We talk to everyone. From the driver to the transportation coordinator to the producers and the studio, we adjust accordingly based on the varying equipment needs. We are always looking for ways to exceed your expectations.

How do I compare your equipment and service?
Our service and attention to detail is second to none. We have been called “Out of the Ordinary.” Working on over 3,400+ productions, we understand the time sensitivity of the industry and are here to make your job easier. Our fleet is always clean, serviced, safe and up to date with the modern features. We provide certainty & reliability and with Haddad’s equipment breakdowns are much more infrequent.

Haddad’s Hair & Makeup and Wardrobe trailers are #1 in the United States because of the hundreds of hours of conversation with these Departments. When David visits the set, he makes a point to engage with both Hair & Makeup and Wardrobe to verify they are getting what they need from our equipment. For this reason, we are always in demand.
