What happens if I have an issue with a piece of equipment on a shoot?
Call us. We are all about the service and follow-up. Qualified Technicians are here to advise you and your drivers, and we have Haddad employed technicians in all major hubs. We are also quick to use third party vendors when we have high volume calls.

How long does it take to receive a phone call back?

What if I call after hours?
If you call at 3PM or 3AM you will get a live Haddad’s employee on the phone helping you.

The Haddad’s senior team reviews every job in detail with David Haddad. As follow-up David travels more than 300 days a year visiting sets, checking equipment and working with your transportation department.
